Cimbura Family History in the Czech Republic
One of my ancestors...possibly my great-great-great grandfather, Jan Cimbura, was famous for being an upstanding citizen. Josef Baar wrote a 400 page book about him in Czech in the early 1900s. Then the first half of the book was made into a movie. A copy of the movie (also in Czech) was sent to me by a Miroslav Cimbura who lives in the Czech Republic. In March 2000 the book was translated by Blanch Zelmer.
